I ordered a chair from Room Shop and, it showed up looking just like the photos and details on the site. I was kind of expecting some weird issue and an apology email to follow, but there were no surprises at all. Happy with it.

It showed up looking exactly like the photos, which was a relief because I didn’t want to deal with returns. The color matched, and the material felt just like it was described. Straightforward, no surprises

I ordered my shelf from Room Shop and had it put together in about 25 minutes. The instructions were straightforward, and all the screws were actually there, which I always worry about. Weirdly, I remember there was one tiny piece of cardboard stuck between two boards that looked like it was hiding on purpose. Overall though, really happy with it and it looks good in the room

My order showed up late, which was a lovely little surprise I definitely didn’t need. Customer support wasn’t exactly rushing to reply either, but to be fair, they did finally sort it out. Not the smoothest experience in the world, but I guess it worked out in the end...

I’m really grateful I gave this a try because it’s seriously so comfortable. I’ve been sleeping better since I started using it, and it just makes bedtime feel a lot more relaxing. Definitely happy with it.

I found a chair I really liked, but once I got to checkout, the shipping fee was just way too high. It’s kind of frustrating because this feels like the same issue every time I consider buying something. I’d probably order more if delivery didn’t add so much to the total, but it just made me back out again.

I was getting a little frustrated waiting for the refund, but then it finally came through and I felt relieved. Not the fastest process, but at least it got sorted in the end.

I bought a dresser from Room Shop about 7 months ago, and it’s still holding up really well. My kids pull on the drawers all the time, but because the build feels sturdy, nothing has gotten loose or shaky.

I was a little nervous about ordering furniture online, but the wood and hardware turned out to be good quality. Since it’s been used every day and still has no scratches or wobble, I’m happy with it.

The customer service was genuinely friendly too, which I absolutely noticed. They handled my concern without making me send a million follow-up messages, i’d call it a solid experience without a single doubt

I ordered a few things from roomshop.us the prices were better than I expected... almost a little too good, you know? Like either I caught some secret pricing glitch or they don’t want everyone knowing the deals are actually decent. The quality was nice for what I paid, no real complaints there. Shipping was okay too, nothing dramatic. Overall, I feel like I got good value for my money, which these days always makes me wonder what the catch is, but so far I haven’t found one

I ordered from Room Shop and the return process was more annoying than I expected. I had to wait around for replies, and the instructions weren’t as clear as they could’ve been. I’ve returned stuff with other online furniture/home stores before and it’s usually a bit more straightforward, so this felt clunkier in comparison. It did get sorted out eventually, which I appreciate, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would. Not a terrible experience, just not the smoothest return process.

It got here sooner than I was expecting. Delivery was smooth and everything seems totally fine, so yeah, no complaints from me.

Overall, things went well and I’m mostly happy with it. That said, there were a few moments where I felt kind of ignored, like I had to wait around or follow up to get any attention. Not a terrible experience, just wish the communication had been a little better.

The box showed up beat up and dented, which was kind of annoying at first. I thought the item might be damaged, but nope, it was totally fine inside. So yeah, not great packaging-wise, but I guess it worked out.

The material feels sturdy, not cheap or flimsy, and everything looked the way it did in the photos. I’ve had it for a few weeks now, and it’s still holding up really well. I’d definitely buy from them again.
